Do you know of a bike route in need of maintenance? As part of Salt Lake City's quest to improve the city's bicycling environment, city employees are on a constant lookout for bicycle facilities in need of repair. However, due to a limited number of employees, chances are that bicyclists or others will be the first to notice problems. As such, we have created this web form to facilitate the problem reporting process. Please fill out the form below to request maintenance on bike routes within Salt Lake City.
