Mayor Becker will kick off the summit and will be followed by Keynote Speaker Gary Sjoquist, Director of Government Relations for Bikes Belong.  Two workshop sessions will cover four topics: Economic Development, Education, Enforcement and Infrastructure.  Participation in these workshops will help to guide future City policy.  Lunch and networking will be part of the day.
