SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT ON Tuesday, October 19th, 2010 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah, before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment regarding an ordinance amending the sunset provision set forth in Ordinance 74 of 2006 as amended by Ordinance 1 of 2009 pertaining to the approval process of temporary construction related activities (relating to the powers granted to the Community Economic Development Director listed in Ordinance 74 of 2006.

All persons interested and present will be given an opportunity to be heard in this matter.
