SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 34 OF 2011

The Salt Lake City Council at its June 14, 2011 meeting adopted an ordinance approving a Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees, representing eligible employees pursuant to the Collective Bargaining and Employee Representation Joint Resolution dated March 22, 2011, which shall become effective on proper ratification and signature.

Copies of the ordinance in its entirety are available for review in the City Recorder's Office, Room 415, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, during regular business hours.

This ordinance shall be deemed effective on July 1, 2011.
