SALT LAKE CITY COUNCIL SYNOPSIS OF SALT LAKE CITY ORDINANCE 42 of 2012

The Salt Lake City Council at its June 19, 2012 meeting adopted an ordinance appropriating necessary funds to implement for Fiscal Year 2013, the provisions of the Memorandum of Understanding between Salt Lake City Corporation and the American Federation of State, County and Municipal Employees (AFSCME) representing eligible employees dated on or about June 22, 2011. Copies of the ordinance in its entirety are available for review in the City Recorder's Office, Room 415, City County Building, 451 South State Street, Salt Lake City, Utah, during regular business hours. This ordinance shall be deemed effective on June 24, 2012.
