NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT on Tuesday, August 14, 2012 at 7:00 p.m. a public hearing will be held in Room 315, Council Chambers, City County Building, 451 South State, Salt Lake City, Utah before the Salt Lake City Council to accept public comment and consider adopting a resolution accepting the conclusions of a study performed under Utah Code Section 10-8-2(3) regarding value and public benefit of a donation agreement between Salt Lake City and the Salt Lake City School District relating to a surplus fire apparatus to be used as part of a firefighter course for high school students in the district.
